Pastoring requires building trust, regardless of age. Though there are not many easy answers, there are things we can do as young pastors to disciple older members well.

We long to be set free from our burdens and sins that weigh us down and be given a blank slate. So we set goals, but we fail and feel hopeless. Thankfully, there’s a way to start each day anew.
